We have worked in the housing industry as Property Developers, Property Owners and providers of Property Management services from our sister company, Onyx Property Group. Because of this experience in we saw the value and need of providing Sub-Metering within our industry.

We provide a turn-key solution that provides Owners, Developers and Condominium Boards with the ability to recoup the costs associated with various utilities; while educating Tenants to make wise decisions regarding consumption and empowering Tenants to improve and off-set their carbon footprint.
