In Her Shoes is an employment and entrepreneurship training program for cis, trans and non-binary women and girls who experience barriers to employment. Our goal is to help women reach financial stability through job experience and developing their own business.

We are a bricks & clicks social enterprise that sells new and used accessories and shoes. Our bricks and mortar store is located at 84 Frederick Street in Kitchener, Ontario. One hundred percent of proceeds from sales in our store goes directly back into supporting our programming for women and girls in our community.
