I became a life coach, because I want to be that someone for you. I will support you when you find yourself in a rut, I will walk with you when you feel stuck or hurt and I will help you find new ways to live your life to the fullest.

Today, I use the lessons I learned overcoming my own challenges to help you overcome yours.

Session after session, I will be your sounding board, conversation partner, mirror, challenger and best supporter. Together we get your dreams off the shelves, get a handle on your limiting thoughts and beliefs, dig up your inner strengths and wisdom, explore possibilities, set goals and design actions to bridge the gap between where you are now to where you want to be.
