• You have a nerve in your arm called the ulnar nerve. It runs on the back of your arm down to the inside of your forearm and into your ring and pinky finger.
• At the elbow there is just skin and fat protecting the nerve, so it can easily be compressed. When bumped against something, it can cause a tingling sensation all the way from the elbow down!
