Pursuant to the above review I'v been made aware that Brighten Yards CO-OP also has an infestation of mice. As I stated earlier, I have spoken to our coordinator many, many times and she claims ( to me) that she has brought up the issue  at  maintenance meetings and board meetings and that they refuse to do anything to resolve the matter. So my advice to anyone thinking of renting here is stay as far away as you can until the issue is resolved. I am being bitten all over and have welts to prove it. I really don't know how much longer that I'll be able to stay in my own house, it's that bad !! I'm wondering how they would feel about covering the cost of an hotel - after the fact of course.
